This review is of the staff at Miami Pulmonary Specialist. I never did get to see or make an appointment with Dr. Seville who was recommended by my primary. I called and the first thing before asking my name was "we require a $50 deposit to make an appointment, are you ok with this". I was honest and said I find it offensive, let me think about it and I'll call you back.
