Ordered new wakeboard boots for an upcoming boating trip. After sending two inquiries I finally find out the boots are back ordered with no ETA and no notification from MIami Nautique customer service. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and do not recommend Miami Nautique for gear unless you can wait weeks with your fingers crossed that your order arrives.
RecommendedThought that I would give a shout out to Miami Nautique... I’ve been plagued with some fuel pump issues with our 210 and the mechanic was having some problems trying to order the two pumps directly from PCM. Their lead time was 5 days just to ship. Skidim was too busy to answer their phone and wanted 24-48 hours for a response to a question. I called Miami Nautique and they were able to verify exactly what all we needed and at a cost of $354.98 for the high and low pressure pumps. Direct from PCM was $900 for the same pumps!... read more

I am extremely unsatisfied with the service offered by the Miami Nautique physical store. I consider customer service unprofessional and not transparent towards customers. Following a purchase of the amount of 160.48 dollars made on 06.05.2019 I found a double debit on my credit card. I have never received an answer from the company.

Was getting ready to purchase the CONNELLY FRONT ADJUST VELCRO SLALOM BINDING from you guys for the listed online price of $67.15 but was told that the shown price was a mistake and that the actual price was $84.99, no different than what Connelly lists it for on their website. The right thing to have done would have been to honor the mistaken price of $67.15 rather than loose a sale and a potential customer. J'ai acheté un kneeboard en septembre que j'ai reçu en décembre avec la pointe abîmée et depuis le 14 décembre je dois patienter le temps que la garantie se mette en route.. on est en avril et je pense que rien ne se fera !!! Sacrément dégoutée !!! C'est une honte !!
