ABSOLUTELY NOT: they charge everything up front AND if they spend less time than charged, you will not be able to get them on the phone, nor by email: zero recourse — zero refund. I was pre-charged for five hours and they were NOT even there a full two hours. …BE forewarned…! Price Gouging Specialist Services I paid for was mold remediation @ 5 hours. Services I received was mold remediation @ 1+ hours. THEY are quick to help get your service contract ordered —but they become inaccessible once payment is made.

Team 2 gave us a great inspection and detailed the whole process to remove the mold from our house. I highly recommend. Update- a month after they passed by my split units started freezing due to refrigerant leaks. Never dealt with this issue until they came by and did their sanitation. Don’t think that was a coincidence. Tried to ask them to come by but they put the blame on us so we had to pay to have other techs come and fix the leak.
