This place is very unprofessional. I called once to ask for a quote and they hung up in my face. I called back a few more times and they ignored my call. Then when they finally picked up they tried to speak Spanish like I didn’t know how to speak it. Then begins to tell Me he can’t give me a quote that it doesn’t work like that so I ask how does it work I have a small business that needs his product and services then he hangs up on me. This is the worst customer service ever. Don’t do business with these guys.
Excellent customer service
WARNING! This is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. He attempted to repair my mini split unit from a period of July 2017 to January 2018. There were many visits and parts changing. When he could not repair the problem he refused to give me a refund. To add insult to injury he removed the parts that I had paid for. I now have missing parts, no refund, and no air conditioning.
