I can always count on Google for my research, whatever it may be.
I paid in full and it's been over a year. I get no answers as you can see from the screenshot and I have to chase them down with a series of emails back to back with time in between. This has taken way further than expected and their team is silent. The one time they responded they said "I'll get my manager to speak to you" to get nothing in respond.
They helped me and my wife navigate the worst financial crisis of our time. I recommend them without reservation.
