Ron Shey who is a part of the management team contacted me and was very apologetic and told me he would make things right for having wasted my time and a bad experience. Not for my Corvette. MAde an appointment for a Monday Morning for an oil change, ot my car back on Thursday afternoon. Never got a call from service manager unless initiated the call first! Went there twice to see if car was ready,but no luck. I pressed them on Wednesday, told them that i needed the car to take it to another dealer. next day they finally returned the car. I do take the my daughters two kia soul's and never had any issues. One would think that corvettes would get same or better service. I will still take the ... read more
