Horrible customer service
Dishonest and unprofessional!!! I went for an oil change and my car came out with the 4 tire pressure sensors not working and they want to charge me $600 to fix , I’m pretty sure that they did something to my car .2016 Chevy Equinox

Customer service is unequaled
Apparently @MiamiLakesChevy has no record of my car being there! It's been there 13 days now. The Customer Experience Manager Michael ??? has no clue what's going on! How is this possible? #shameful #worstcustomerserviceever
