It is family home. Very open people .
Heard great things about this gym ..When I move back to south fl, hopefully I will have trainer to help me achieve my goals
Old school gym. No posing ir people sitting on their phones like in you fit or planet fitness. Atmosphere is great. You walk in and the atmosphere makes you want to pound out sets. I love this place but if your going to go just so you can take pictures of yourself to show off on social media, don’t bother joining. Only serious lifters at this gym
