This establishment is absolutely dreadful. The staff members exhibit behavior that is exceedingly rude and disrespectful. Furthermore, there is a noticeable deficiency in communication among them.
I called the Kendall office of Miami institute for Joints to schedule an appointment o waited on hold for 25 minutes , when the female receptionist finally picked up the line she didn’t apologize for the long wait and her tone was unprofessional like she was being bothered to have to deal with the phone call. Front desk service is very rude and disgusting. Don’t answer the phones all day and when they do they hand up on you.
