This office does not carry malpractice insurance, so visit at your own risk. Intake forms are outdated and barely legible. Arrived 15 minutes early as recommended, and waited 30 minutes to receive intake forms. Did not see the doctor.

My experience with this office was unacceptable. I called five separate times trying to schedule an appointment. On nearly every call, the staff answered the phone only to immediately place me on hold without so much as a greeting, introduction, or acknowledgment. During my final attempt, I remained on hold for over 15 minutes before I finally had to repeatedly call out to get someone’s attention. This establishment is absolutely dreadful. The staff members exhibit behavior that is exceedingly rude and disrespectful. Furthermore, there is a noticeable deficiency in communication among them.
