From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, everyone is so welcoming and Professional. My son had a consultation appt, luckily they were able to fit him in for same day surgery since he was fasting. Knowing your child is going under for dental work is nerve wrecking, but the RN made the process easy for me by comforting me and explaining everything in detail, and reassurance.
its a shame that i couldn't leave a positive review, they had us waiting 2 hours! at the 2 hour mark, i told them that we were cancelling due to the long wait and not being able to be seen. i didn't get an apology, i didnt get an explanation.. however, all i got was "would you like to reschedule?" if they give you an appointment time and they cant commit to it, then explain that to a paying customer. I might just have to file an AHCA complaint as well..
