Miami Children Hospital have a great customer service; the staff is knowledgeable, and nice especially Mrs Consuelo en the second floor.
Horrible service been here since 12 noon on Saturday Nov 26 2022. They have my results in for my kids and still I’ve been waiting after that 1 hour when everyone that was here is already gone. If you want to spend your whole day in this urgent care I feel for you. Told them that they came in at 3:04 and it’s 3:52 and still no doctors came in and everyone getting checked. This is not fair. Bad service. My kids are super sick and not to say me I feel horrible. Doctors in for 3 mins at 4 pm and that it we are out. We’ll still h... read more
