Staff was very pleasant, patient and caring. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. The facility is well kept; however, I did perceive a faint odor of urine in the main waiting room. I don't know why. Perhaps it came from the restroom because the door was open. Other than that, it was a great experience for both caretakers and patients.
