My daughter had procedures done by Dr. Owens today! I wish I could put in to words how amazing he and his staff were!!! I couldn’t have asked for my daughter to have any better care than what she was given today!! If you are in need of a pediatric ENT I would highly recommend Dr. Owens without hesitation!!!!!
Check in was smooth. Staff in front desk was great to us. While we waited for the OR to be ready we were seen by nurses and they all made the kids feel comfortable and relaxed. (Surgery with twins) We were given information about the procedure and directions on what to do afterwards. In the recovery/post op area, the two nurses were very helpful and answered a few questions that I had. Facility was also very clean.

Is a nice place, nice people but you have to wait for more the 5 hours to see the Dr. All day.
