I had the worst experience in regards to this care Center very poor customer service and transportation Even worse. my mom is 85 years old and we continued having the worst experience ever I could never recommend them. I tried to help guide my mom but the experience is affecting me even more and I am much younger, so I cannot imagine. customer service is everything and in every job and they are lacking big time.

When it was Clinical Care the place was clean and well staffed. Now, they are understaffed and do not provide the services that I signed up for. Today, I was there and went to the bathroom and I was shocked. As they say a picture is worth a thousand word. To save 2,000 words attached are two photos I took less than 3 hours ago.

I worked there for almost a year, gotta leave for the following reasons: HR and the management covered actions from Dr Guerra several times of S E X U A L H a r a s s m e n t, Dr Castaneda treats his MA like trash , they are always changing the work you do. Dont work there!! Employees are always leaving .
