Horrible. 50 minutes waiting and still here. I arrived at 10:30am for my 11am appointment to set up new patient details. It is 11:50 and I am still waiting! I have never experienced such a delay when having a confirmed doctors appointment. I have to leave and go to work so I will miss the appointment and I wasted one and a half hours of my day.
