I was looking for a basket that had been discontinued, and I called the Miami Beach location. The customer service representative was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though online ordering wasn’t available through the website, I was still able to make the purchase over the phone. I was beyond excited when the basket arrived--super fast and in perfect condition! I would definitely buy from you again. Thank you so much!
I received excellent service here. After experiencing a front tire blowout on my bike while visiting Miami from Washington D.C., and being turned away by another shop, finding this place was a relief. I appreciated the professionalism and great service. My tire was changed very quickly, and was back on my way in no time. I truly appreciate this shop for getting me squared away.

I appreciate My Bro, Chuck, and the entire MB Bicycle Center team, for taking care of wifey and I! I stopped by first and bought a used bike that was and is still in excellent condition. A week later they took care of my girl. Chuck allowed us to test drive new and used bikes and to get a feel for which was best for us!
