I went yesterday for my braces and started my treatment with me them. Brian ( I hope I spelled it right sorry ) was great. He answered all my questions & made me feel comfortable about my decision.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I called before my appointment and clearly explained that I had a previous root canal that likely needed retreatment. I asked specifically if they handled this type of case, and I was told yes. I was in pain and trusted their answer. After charging me for the exam and X-rays, I was told I needed an endodontist ,exactly what I had asked about before wasting my time coming there. Would not recommend. They tried charging a full exam and cleaning fee of $175 for a 100% covered prophylaxis cleaning. After mentioning insurance coverage they charged a $50 deductible….on a 100% covered cleaning which is not right. Impossible to reach someone on the phone here. Also the dental hygienist did not perform a full cleaning, maybe cleans 2-3 teeth, runs the brush over the rest of your teeth in 30 seconds and sends you on your way.
