Dental services were provided on December 13, 2025. I provided my insurance information in advance, but the office did not process it and required me to pay out of pocket. The insurance claim was later processed, and my insurance confirmed that payment was mailed to the provider on January 12, 2026. The provider has not issued the refund and has not assisted in resolving the matter. This has required unnecessary extra work and repeated follow-ups on my part and has been a waste of time. Extremely unprofessional!!!
