I have been buying fish and aquarium supplies from this store for many years, which is why it is very disappointing to leave this review. Unfortunately, after my recent experiences, I have decided that I will never be returning. One of the biggest issues was a worker making inappropriate comments toward my daughter, who is a minor. This place represents the standard to which customer service should aspire. Leo and Natalie are exceptional. They are deeply knowledgeable, attentive, and consistently go well beyond what one would expect to ensure a positive experience. I do not typically take the time to write reviews, but this shop more than merits the recognition. I recommend them without reservation. If I could assign 100 stars, I would do so without hesitation.
