Alert Priceline Users The customer service is sooooo bad, when I call them, I was put on hold twice, each time about 10minutes! When finnaly someone began to talk to me, I was told since I booked it through Priceline, I had to call them for any room change issues. I also booked rooms from similar hotels like Marriot and Hyatt, but I was never treated like that... Adding extra rollover in room also charges 20$ per night comparing with free with others. The customer servie is just HORRIBLE
