Easy going, clear speaking people.
spoke to someone via text only to find out they were not authorized to sell cars. spoke to salesman who talked over me, didn't really listen, aggressively gave his sales speech all the while was assuming quite rudely as to why i was looking for a car in another state. Was not impressed with Jean Sterling at all. I will NEVER be bullied into buying a car, he was unwilling to negotiate and spoke down to me regarding the jeep I was looking at because I am female.
