I ended up calling the dealer. Didn't receive documentation requested to purchase car. Offered to go ahead a secure with deposit. Called back two days later and car was sold. The dealership did offer me the same exact car they had in stock with less miles for a good discounted price due to the mishap. I took a flight to Miami to pick up car with check in hand and they were not prepared. Nothing was printed and I even had an appointment. It was very frustrating. Terrible experience! I asked for a video of a car for two weeks, after numerous inquiries, I finally received it. Then, after asking about price, they gave me one price and then would not honor it and claimed it would be much more than what they quoted!! I asked several times for an itemization of the cost, and never did receive it!! The gentleman quoted me in my text with the cash price would be, and as I made the offer, he quickly stated it would be much more!! I would never recommend nor work with them!! Bad business!

Most helpful dealership. Interested in my automotive needs and satisfaction. Found a deal closer to home in Palm Beach County. Wish I had taken the time to travel to Miami before I settled. My mistake.
