This business is a SCAM! Failed to issue a refund for the past 4 months despite cancelling weeks before their “72 hour” cancellation policy. Ignoring all texts, emails, and phone calls. Do not do business with these scumbags

This place is a SCAM. I advise you strongly not to use this company as they are completely fraudulent. I reached out to this company towards the end of February, to book a yacht for a friend and I’s birthday. We used Zelle as they advertised to receive a discount and paid for the entire yacht experience at once, as they (Murad Ald and Ryan Vega) told us we’d receive an additional discount. BIG MISTAKE. Place is a total joke. Don’t waste your time. They literally made me pay a deposit and never came to pick us up after we had been communicating with them for months. We sat at the pier for 2 HOURS after they told us to be there and they never came. They basically ruined my entire weekend. Finally after hunting them down for days after they blew us off they only refunded us partial of the amount they owed us. (Review date 7/29/2019): Unfortunately, its been 1 month since they cancelled our 2 yachts with 2 jet ski's reservation due to weather and still no refund back. I've used this company 4 times before but calling 5 times a week, emailing 3 times a week, and still no refund for my deposit of $1,800.00 is affecting not just me but my family and friends who each chipped in. LEGAL ACTION IS IN THE WORKS!! This company is a scam! Do not believe the 5 star reviews! My friend and I paid a deposit of 50% to take the 74ft Sunseeker BG3 yacht out for a full day to celebrate our 40th birthday and they ripped us off. They tried to say our trip was canceled due to weather, mind you the weather turned out perfect and all the other yacht companies we called went out. They are a scam. A yacht was reserved several weeks in advance. People flew in from all over the US in order to celebrate a birthday. Hotel rooms were booked at the hotel where the yacht was supposed to be docked. Less than 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time we noticed the yacht was not docked. After reaching out to Murad and the "captain" Mike we were told the same thing as other customers: That the yacht is having engine problems and cannot go out today. Fraud ! Fraud ! Fraud ! Do not book with these people they stole 2000 for boat that they never gave my friend for her birthday . Had a gotten a confirmation , arrived when we were suppose to arrive and they had us waiting for 2 hours to only tell us that it was a fraud and that we will have to get our money from the bank . Do not book with these people !!!!!! Mind you they pay to have good reviews on their website meaning none of the good of reviews are true !!
