This store does not keep its website updated and has poor communication. I placed an order after seeing an item available that was not in stock a few years ago. When I placed a large order that included the items, once again, I received my order minus the items I truly wanted. A refund for the missing items was initiated by the store and no one reached out to offer a replacement. I even emailed to ask and did not receive a reply. This store needs to update their online inventory and do a better job communicating.

Horrible quality. Within two weeks of use and no exposure to water the "gold" came out and faded in most of the jewelry considerably. The staff was nice but the jewelry as a wholesale is not worth buying if you want to have your own business.

Siempre venía por regalos para mi familia, hasta hoy. Llegue a 15 minutos para las 4 y me cerraron la puerta en la cara, siendo que expresamente dice que cierran a las 4, acá estoy afuera y nadie me ayudó con lo que quería hacer. Simplemente si pones en tu horario que cierras a las 4, cumple con tu horario, es una falta de respeto con los clientes que antes de manejar hasta tu tienda están chequeando tu horario de funcionamiento. Tuve que llamar a la tienda desde afuera, igual perdí mi viaje

Best Jewelry across the nation , been buying from them for 7 years , best quality, best customer service. Hard to find someone to trust and stick with but Mia is that place you are looking for , Top Notch .
