This is one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Canceled the surgery and it has been 120 days, according to there policy the refund only takes 90days. This place is very hard to reach anyone you are trying to talk too, and never returns the phone calls. I would rate them a zero star but that's not an option.
They call you none stop to get a surgery and get payment when I got out of surgery they pushed me out as fast as possible I don’t believe I was conscious , I didn’t hear from them for until the third day I was in so much pain never heard from them again until they contacted me again to see if I was interested in another procedure. Least to say very unhappy with what I received
My surgeon Dr. Haas was amazing and he did a beautiful job. Things I didn’t like. ..you find out everything with when and where your surgery and postops will be last minute. I like more notice than they gave me. Also, the massage therapist left something to be desired. Massages last 10 mins, and he kept running his hands over my ribs hard even though i told him it hurt. This clinic is the worst place in earth, the love to rip you off they cancel your surgeries while you wait for Dr. approval don’t like to refund your money when you ask for it back, they forget to tell you in advance that your in not refundable this, these people are a snake in the grass, taking money from everyone and not providing a service.
