I'm biased. I started coming here for breakfast tacos shortly after I started working at UT, in 1990. Jeez, that's, never mind, I'm sure you can count. Anyway, Aurelio and Rosa do not disappoint. Big, satisfying breakfast tacos. Perfect potato, bacon, egg and cheese filling in a fluffy flour tortilla. In my quest for the best breakfast taco, this is definitely at the top of the list. I don't know that it's the best I have ever had, but it's damn close.
