Anytime I need emergency visit I can come in. She is always on call and returns calls when you leave a message. I been with her practice for 7 years and they have never let me down.
She is great with my kids and always explains things to me in a way that I can easily understand.
My experience was horrible. Her staff has terrible attitudes and poor patient care. The staff is not knowledgeable of how to get things done and they do not explain information. Dr. Cho is giving directions from somewhere else and not in her own practice per them.
This office does not execute time wisely and it poorly allocates time. This doctor is suffering from poor help and bad results
