Welcome to our family owned restaurant, established in Escondido, California in 1982. In addition to our wonderful flavors of our cuisine, our friendly service, wonderful atmosphere, Mi Guadalajara offers the best Sunday brunch. Mole Enchiladas are to die for. The same goes for other dishes. Always served piping hot and the flavor is authentic Mexican Cuisine.
