Whether you need help with faxes or prescriptions, they take care of it promptly, right when you need it. They are promptly responsive to calls, and their follow-up care is exceptional. As a patient, you don't just receive medical care you become part of a supportive and caring family.
Awesome clinic with great staff and service! There was a little bit of a wait upon arrival, but it was totally worth it. Saw Dr Lee, he had a great bedside manner and went above and beyond to help address all of my concerns, and the front desk was really nice and helpful. So glad I switched my PCP here.
Dr. Espinoza is amazing. And so is Annie and Ricardo. She has been my doctor for almost 20 years. I would give her 5 stars, but unfortunately I have had several encounters with her receptionist Rebecca. Two days ago, I called the clinic because I had a missed call from them and Rebecca answer. I told her if someone had called me because I had a missed call from someone that called me earlier. DONT GO HERE YOU CAN DIE WITH THE LACK OF MEDICAL SUPPORT.. they get mad if you completely.... even if you are paying they don’t card for their patients in a professional way.. pls DO NOT RISK YOURE LIFE HERE!!!! IN RESPONSE TO YOURE REPLY MY DAUGHTER IS THE PATIENT AND SHE HAS FILED A COMPLAINT!!!!
