I rented a home from Irma Garcia on 216 Georgian Rd about a year ago, pre -pandemic. My lease was up on 9/1 an I had planned to move. Due to COVID she had gotten backed up on some of the things that should have been taken care of so she decides to extend my contract but I hadn’t agreed to stay. I had moved out by 9/10 after she served me with a 3 day notice to vacate due to not willingly extending my lease.
