MiCasa is what it is, and that's what I like about it. Their food doesn't disappoint in its consistent taste and presentation. Yes, they can be busy, but I choose not to go then. there is a reason this place is still in business and that's the simple SoCal Mexican food that's been popular since the 60's. Stick to that, and you will always be pleased. (And their happy hour pricing is awesome!)

Arrived for dinner at 7:00; waited about 10 minutes for a table (not bad) and received our meal about 8:20! Usually love the restaurant but they were having a promotion with envelope prizes that expire today and the place was a mad house. Our server was nice but rarely stopped by and never once explained what the problem was. Ended up,taking dinner home very disappointed.... Actually thought about getting up and leaving (leaving cash for our drinks) which we should have probably done. We will try again....

Reminded me of the old MiCasa days when the food was great! Our food was great and the service was great as well. I liked the old menu and the old MiCasa when Barry ran the place.

I've been going to Mi Casa since 1974. The food is just as good as it was then. Anytime we are down from the High Desert, we always try and stop by.
