We recently had water damage to our master bath due to the wax ring breaking. They had to replace the tile. We used MHS construction who our insurance nationwide recommended. It has been a horrible experience. They trimmed the door frame too much to put in the tile so there was a huge gap, which they have now filled with caulking.
