I had 2 cysts removed from my head from Dr Ernst and he is so awesome, friendly, and does his job very well! As well as the PA and assistants! Very clean office as well. I am so happy I came here for my cyst removals!
My experience with this staff has been the absolute worst I’ve ever had with medical or office personnel. Dr Ernst is nice enough, but his team behind the desks are infuriating and utterly incompetent. I first went in December 2023 and didn’t get any answers, follow ups, or results until MAY 2024. After reaching out to them MULTIPLE times in that time frame. Dr Ernst personally apologized and said the staff member responsible was no longer working there, so I was fine and continued making appointments. Everything fell apart ... read more
Clean and friendly. Waiting is not more then you expect in a doctors office. Dr Ernst very friendly and accommodating
Good Doctor who knows what needs to be done. Straightforward answers and right to the point. He will not coddle you or cushion the truth so if you need a doctor with exceptional bedside manners go somewhere else. If you just need a doctor that knows what needs to be done, go here. One of the ladies at the front desk needs to be fired immediately. She is one of the worst humans I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Other nurses and staff are great, though.
