How are you currently closed when it’s 435 and your open till 5? Also myself and the pharmacy have been trying to get a prior authorization but you are not returning there call for 2 days . Make it make sense
Dr. Ernest Alexander is absolutely the worst Doctor I have ever went to. He is just a waste of time and money He doesn’t answer any of your questions and does a general diagnosis. It’s as if he gets all his knowledge from Google instead of experience at school he only gives you general advice you could get from just one Google search. I left this place without buying any of the medicine that he told me to buy because he was just clearly guessing and I was not gonna pay hundreds of dollars for medicine on top of that I receiv... read more
Dr. Alexander healed my acne. He Was my last hope after trying many different treatments with other people. I followed his instructions on how to use the medication and everything was working perfectly. My face now is clear of acne %100. Every time I had an appointment, he came and checked on me after his assistance lady talked to me first . I never had any complaints . In the end the perfect service came with experience that takes years to earn it .
I went to this clinic as a New Patient. Everyone at the front desk, to the MA, and Dr Ernst were fine. All of my questions were answered, and I had no issues with anyone. Whenever I went to the Check-out Counter, the two ladies were straight up rude. One receptionist was on a phone call, and the other was assisting an in-person patient, so I waited off to the side. But after finishing up with the in-person patient, the receptionist lady completely ignored me and didn't even acknowledge that I was still there waiting. I waite... read more
