Cannot say enough how much I appreciate the team here. My truck was going into full derate and I was gonna lose out on a lot of money. However, the guys here were able to get me fixed and rolling in a jiff. Special shoutout to the technician Jacob knocked it out of the park!!!! He was quick, knowledgeable, and was able to provide me with further insight on my truck. Update at end: In my opinion, you should take your truck here if you want a simple one day job to take a week, prepare your vacation in advance. The new general manager did reach out to me and from what I hear this place is under new management. He is really trying to turn this place around and is actively reaching out to past wronged customers to make things right. As far as I’m concerned these guys get a clean slate. I stopped in today to get an oil sensor alert checked out, 2019 W900L. I waited 45 minutes to finally get his attention enough to ask if they could help me, the guy said “maybe” but if we need anything you can’t pay for parts until Wednesday. Peterbilt is open down the road, they can help you. I did just that ashamed how Kenworth treated me considering Peterbilt for my next truck. Rooster Burr
