ook my truck into MHC Kenworth in Knoxville, I let them know that the splines on the blend doors were bad and I wasn't getting any heat. I have waited three days for them to just look at it and get an estimate. I was told they spent 7 hours @ $202 per hour to find the problem. It was the blend door splines. So now they want over $7500 to replace the doors claiming it takes 30 hours to remove and replace. If this is a common issue with Kenworth why don't they offer a fix/repair that is covered because it is a poor design flaw... read more
