need a bigger shop and a good transmission repairman at night
Had u joints on steering shaft replaced. when it was finished they had ruined the shaft and what should have been a couple of hours and 200 took 2 days and cost 800.Actually 600 because they messed up one of my tires and took a200 off the bill . Will only go back for parts only if i can't get them elsewhere and will not let them touch my truck again
The people at this location are without a doubt an asset to Murphy Hoffman in fact they may be the only one he appears to have. accommodating and friendly even though I was not happy with my employer for doing business with MHC for any reason somethings are unavoidable and just have to be borne...
I was stranded in Tulsa because a trailer tire broke the studs and damaged the brake drum. This was at 5:00 in the afternoon on Thursday. Friday morning the parts manager worked all morning to procure these items - very hard to find. The mechianics worked my job in and I was on my way by 4:30 Friday afternoon. this was very inportant to me because I had to be in Los Angeles by Sunday morning. Again - a very big THANK YOU.
i took my truck to fix at this place, was charged 2000.00 and when we picked it up it was doing the same thing, took it back and said it was a hose that needed to be replaced so i was charged another 319.00, when we picked up the truck 3rd time truck broke down 10 miles away from this place and was charged another 352.00 dollars for towing even dough problem was never fixed. on both times fuel was drained and had to be replaced..all in total incliding fuel total was aprox 3000.00 and truck is still doing the same thing, look... read more
