Only complaint is the Drivers lounge HOT HOT HOT!!! But office people walking around in long-sleeve shirts bc it's cool every where BUT the drivers lounge and we have to sit there all day sweating our butts off
My truck got towed in because it was having troubles with regen. Very polite staff took care of my truck NEEDING a forced regen. 🙂👍
Jordan is awesome staff greeted me with professionalism and was very friendly such an amazing personality she noticed I had my 3 year old she went out her way to occupy her time and find activities for her to do while my truck was being worked on and Gordon is an amazing person with such great attitude. Also the mechanic who worked on my truck (Kenworth T680 #1053) took his time to really inspect my truck and even wanted to know detail information about the problems my truck was having.
