This is the worst family clinic experience I've had. The front desk staff are very rude and unprofessional. I have experienced multiple unpleasant situations over time. The only reason I stayed with this clinic was that Dr. Yash Diwan is an excellent practitioner professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Unfortunately, due to my repeated negative experiences with the administrative staff, I have decided to move my family's care to another clinic.
