The female receptionist has a terrible attitude and was extremely rude. I hope management takes front desk training seriously because they lack even the most basic level of respect. I’m not sure if it’s because the clinic has too many patients looking for a family doctor, but the front desk is extremely disorganized and the staff are often very unfriendly. I’ve also overheard them complaining about patients. As a patient, especially when visiting your clinic for the first time, there are many things you simply don’t know how to arrange or what the procedures are.
