Very unprofasional staff. Very impolite.they kept my Application for 1 week and when I follow up on my Application, they were very impolite and it was like they are are talking to their slave.im super dissapointed on this company and I feel bad for their owner , who hired such a rood employee.
On Feb 2, 2022, I applied to rent a house in Moreno Valley. I was told there were several other applications ahead of mine. I was also told I would be refunded the application fee, since they did not run my credit. I have left numerous messages over the past month, and even spoke to Kristen in their office. She said her manager would take care of it. This has never happened! I shouldn't have to chase you down for my money!! What kind of scam are they running? In June 2020, I purchased a condo in a Riverside community that was managed by Shelley S***** of MGR. From the moment I moved in, it was obvious that the complex had been neglected by the property manager for a very long time. The dumpsters were overflowing and there were constant piles of trash on the ground, the pool wasn't being serviced regularly, and there was a homeless encampment on the property. Our company was hired by the HOA (Homeowners Association) Board, who were elected by the homeowners to represent them. We handle the accounting, correspondence and arrange maintenance services. If the Board wants us to spend the Homeowners money for security services to address crime in the city, they must direct us to do so. If the homeowners feel that their HOA Board members are not representing them properly, the homoeowners, not the management company, have the power to replace them in the next election.
