Contrary to MGM's replies to negative reviews, they do not reply within 6 hours. Still waiting for a reply from JULY 27TH. We will not be paying our dues until a competent company can manage our Association. I've waited a bit to post a review on this management company to give them the benefit of the doubt but they didn't show up for an HOA meeting, 1/3 of the dues for the year haven't been collected and we've asked landscaping to be addressed since the beginning of May and it still has not been addressed. If there were a zero star that would be my rating. Just try to talk to someone on the phone, they don't leave a message no answer...
I've tried to pay my dues for 4 months now and the check keeps getting lost in the mail...
This company is our new provider. Mailed a check and no response either from phone or email contacts from me. Am not impressed. Getting letters at my home but I am gone for the winter. Called again today and got voice mail again. I am very worried at this point.
MGM is super responsive. Crystal was very helpful and answered all my questions.
I wish I could give a negative star review for this company!! Such crooks!! Worst company EVER!!! Major price gouging!! They don’t even send you a letter letting you know who they are, what they are even doing for you and that they are managing any of the HOA and then they charge you late fees from the day you own the house along with closing fees and HOA search fees.
