I chose MGA because Christian and Kim made me feel like I could trust the company. They assured me that if I ever needed help, I could call at any time because they were there to support my family. They never have staffing and Christian was not helpful

We had a therapist suddenly quit with no notice. She didn’t have any communication and operated on falsehood. The office didn’t show any concern. Do not use MGA!
