We have had nothing but poor service and headaches from this management company for our condo association. Unorganized, unprofessional, and just a bad organization all together. Very professional and organised management
I endured the HORRIBLE service of MG for over 2 years before finally selling my condo just to get away from them. They regularly ignored my requests for help, telling me constantly they were only following orders of the HOA board. Finally owner ****** demanded I no longer contact MG for anything related to my condo, stating it was because of claims I made against the company (huh?). It is unacceptable that office hours to residents are reduced, and then no one is there when they're supposed to be. Three times I tried to get my key fob and Clicker re-registered. Last Thursday at 5 and this morning at 9:15 no one was there. On Friday at 9:00 the door was closed and Nathan was on the phone. When the speaking stopped at 9:15 I knocked. I wish I could go lower than 1. I asked what I needed to do to get a keyless pad lock installed. They told me I needed to get an approved one which I did, and emailed them that I got an approved one. A year later they told me I was supposed to get approved by the Board. I would have never bought it, had it re-keyed to fit the master key policy, and installed until after getting approval if I had known.
MG Management is totally incompetent. My 91 year old mother lived at Riverview South Condominium for 2 years and had to endure constant infestation of roaches, leaking windows, running toilet, and various other maintenance issues with her unit that took weeks to get addressed. My brother complained bitterly to management to no avail. We finally moved her out having to have the apartment fumigated before removing her furniture.
If you like dealing with incompetent, rude, and unprofessional people this is your place! It starts right when you call them. Patricia answers the phone, "delivers" the message to the person you're trying to reach and the waiting game begins. They are in fact, so good at it, that you have to call MULTIPLE times, leave messages, waste your time, AND STILL NOT GET A CALL BACK! Then, you call back, she apologizes and transfers you to Pam. Worst property management company in the business. Loop holes for charges, never fix anything, never in contact with tenant that moves around for work, no digital payment systems, argues with tenants trying to check out. Literally a bunch of thugs. Collect a check and move on. I would gladly pay extra $200-300 for rent to not deal with them.
