When we were all set to move in, ****h 2020. The day before move ****, an employee, told us there had been a mix-up. The unit that we had reserved had been leased to someone else by mistake. They offered us a different unit with a slightly worse view. We really had no choice but to accept, as we had already ended our existing lease elsewhere. Fraud! I applied to block c and they took a literal month for my application and gave me ******************************************** else they would cancel. They would tell me to go to the bank on Friday at 5:30 pm and had to give them the stuff they need on Saturday let alone calling out from work constantly to get all these things that werent even on the application beforehand and being told they have what I need just to add more that evening. I was a lived at the property in **** ** for 9 years. Had a hole in our ceiling and water leaking into the apartment for 8 years. NO ONE would fix it. FINALLY after 8 years it was fixed but never tested for mold. My husband recently passed and I signed another 1 year lease just myself, but after that I knew I need to move forward. DO NOT LIVE AT THEIR ******** PLACE LOCATION. Im moving to a sister location where Im being treated with respect. We were the first ones to live here before the previous property company sold it and this new staff of mean girls came in. This apartments are known for taking people deposit they do step-by-step they make you get all this paperwork and tell you that its your fault that they are taking a long time to approve you they tell you cannot get your holding deposit back if you do not get a proof when they tell you a quote for your move-in which will be incorrect its just to get you to except the proposal and pay your deposit once you pay your deposit they been up your rent up your deposit and ask you to resubmit a larger deposit and fo... read more

Dont move here. Staff has access to your unit and can walk in whenever they chose to and say they had complaints. I talked about this with some other tenants and many of them have had the same experience. Their staff while harass you if you ever do have a complaint. I had to break my lease because I felt completely violated every time one of their staff members felt like they could just walk into my apartment with no notice. This place will be sued one day guaranteed. Ive never seen a more unethical or unprofessional leasing team. They are used car salesman to get you in and then turn around and treat you HORRIBLY! They are so backwards in their thinking its unreal! Ive never had so many issues anywhere and Ive been renting for many years! Ive never had so many maintenance problems either.
