I tried to rent a townhome for my son and two of his friends. The staff told us the rent was $1695 and there was a $500 deposit. They said that my mom could be the guarantor and there would be no problem. All of this was a lie. There was nothing but problems. The deposit went from $500 to $1400. The rent isn't $1695 because there are two mandatory fees they don't tell you about. They are hidden in a 59 page lease.
