I have been waiting over two months for my refund from this place due to the fact that they claimed a doctor work there that does not work there. I had to go through my bank in order to get my money back and they actually counteracted the dispute with a form I signed under the impression I was getting services from that specific doctor. I had to go through them in order to get my money back which they claim they would with a $1000 cancellation fee but I’ve been waiting for my check for two months now and they have not return... read more
This has been the most difficult place to deal with first the canceled my surgery the morning of surgery now it’s been three months and a return later and still no refund.. the are the worst at returning calls and no one ever gives the same answer twice which lets me know there’s something wrong with the stories being told. If u know what’s best you will go elsewhere for surgery

My surgery was done by Dr.Valina on May 25th! I am 5 days post op of lipo 360 with BBL. She is awesome! She is professional, and honest to the core. She explained to me the breakdown of everything. She takes pride in her profession, while at the same time putting her patients first!! This experience for me have been marvelous!! The staff is awesome!
