Exelent place, wonderful staff inside and outside best place.
This is the first apartment complex I've lived in and they have definitely set high standards if I ever move out. The staff are very friendly, great amenities and I love that maintenance comes right away if needed. This is a great location and I always feel safe here!
I am one of the original residents to have been here from the very beginning and if I could give 6 stars I would. The apartment complex is the best that I have yet to reside in. The staff has bent over backwards to accommodate my roommate and I from day one. The free food is a plus too!

Moved in back in June and it’s the best apartment complex I’ve lived at. The staff is all very friendly and receptive. The amenities (gym, community center, study) are also fantastic. Other residents are very courteous as well. MK regularly hosts events (brunch, movie nights, etc) for its residents. I would definitely recommend it to others moving to Houston near the Med Center / NRG area.
