Staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Close to everything!
The management is so slow when it comes to resolving obvious issues --- mold & humidity. My husband's clothes, shoes, TV and furniture have moldy spots on them due to the humidity issues in the apartment. They have sent a mold specialist and air quality specialist to the unit for testing but "can't send us a copy of the findings due to company policy" --- that's real convenient. My advice to anyone who is thinking about leasing at The Millennium Kirby.......DON'T!!!!! They didn't even try to move him to another unit or offer... read more
I enjoy living at the Millennium Kirby. You are a part of a family here. The office staffs are exceptionally kind and helpful to make your stay as comfortable as you can imagine. The facility is very clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
