Their quality of service is very poor. They never gave me the specific prescription They alter the optometrist prescription and when I tried using the glasses I felt disoriented. After collecting my money then the guy at the counter said that I can only bend to see not walk. They refused to correct the problem without additional cost. The guy said to me you get gwhat you pay for.
Quick but efficient would recommend to my friends. Didn't have to wait past my appointment time, everything was sanitized in front of me and great selection of eye wear. Couldn't ask for more.
I took my mom to this place after seeing all the positive reviews. DONT BE FOOLED. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY here. Dr. Rawana was extremely RUDE and RACIST. He blatantly told us to go to another optometrist of the same culture. He made my mom extremely uncomfortable with his behavior and demeaner. He kept rolling his eyes the entire session. DISSAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED. This is the first time I felt racially targeted since coming to Canada in 1998. Horrible, horrible service. Never coming back here again. Not recommende... read more
