Excellent Mexican food experience. Great menu options with reasonable prices. Staff is very friendly and willing to share their knowledge about their culture. Mae is the best bartender. Tell her what cocktail you want and she will concoct the best version of it. She can also tell you specific details about how and where their Tequila offerings are made.
The Queso Fundido absolutely stole the show. It's amazing. There's a ton of chorizo, and the tomatoes, onions, and peppers on top really set it off. We'll be back if just for this. My fiancé had a mixed drink which was very good. They have a large selection of Mezcal and the like which we did not partake in. Two of the owners, Fernando and Christian, were working. They were hustling but still managed to take the time to speak with us. They were great.
Good quesabirria, good service, very weak drinks, overpriced.
