We’ve been in Abilene a little over a year and have been anticipating and excited to finally go to Mezamiz, unfortunately we were utterly let down as soon as we entered my family was treated very poorly and almost hostile. It made for a very terrible time and honestly quite depressing I wasted 9.00 on premade iced coffees out of a pitcher and a tea bag also twenty minutes I’ll never get back

I’m so sad! We loved this place when we moved here in February. It was our go-to coffee house for our Saturday mornings. However, the past two times we have been in, the service and coffee have been terrible. Im not sure if the staff is new or what happened, but we just had our last visit this morning.

I am so sorry about this. I talked to my employees and they said they were very busy. We are adding an extra employee on Saturdays so this will not happen again. I also ask my employees if they received a complaint and they said no. If you would have told them you were unhappy, they would have refunded your money. I hope you will try us again
