If you are considering renting from this company, DON'T. Run, don't walk, the other way. I rented an apt along Academy Ave in Lebo. Worst experience I've ever had as a tennant, after living in Bethel Park, Denver, Missoula, San Francisco and Jackson Hole. I mean, they do not care about their properties, maintain them, do basic upkeep tasks like mowing(if there's grass), leaking roof issues, plumbing issues were scary, and in winter, they don't turn the boiler on for apt heat until they feel like it. Management wants to extract as much money from you as possible, and help you out as little as possible. They are extra nice when showing you apartments, but don't expect that kind of concession as a tenant. The lease is extremely strict, and it is almost impossible to break the lease. Depending on who you talk to you will hear different things, so beware if they promise anything.
